Foxie's story
My name is Foxie (I swear I am a dog not a fox, but I could nearly pass for one!). I am an 8th month old, female, terrier mix. I am pretty small, I only weigh 10lbs, but don't let my small size fool you. I love playing with dogs of all sizes and don't seem to understand that I am tiny. I am very athletic and can run really fast and turn on a dime. I am still working on my potty training, and I am getting better each day. I am crate trained and have not had any accidents in my crate. I might bark for a few minutes when you put me in, but I settle down pretty quick. I am still very much a puppy. I like to play, mouth, jump...basically I am still learning my manners. My foster mom has been pretty impressed with how quickly I am calming down as I was pretty excited that first day that I got to stay with her. I LOVE to be around my people, so while I would do well in any home, I would be best in a home where someone is around a lot. I haven't met any kids yet, but I would probably love them, I would probably do better with kids a little older since I am so playful and like to jump and mouth. I haven't met a cat yet. I love other dogs, my foster brother is my bestie and we play and play. I can't wait to find my forever home, I just need a family that will be a little patient with me while I settle down and get use to my new life.
