OBO 14/16 Chiffon Prom Dress for sale in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I purchased this dress in the middle of November from PacificPlex (A major seller on Amazon) and when I received the dress it was too small. I am generally a size 18 and the size was a 14/16. I was very pleased with the color and the beading on the dress. The dress has a slight drop in the back to give it the image of a small train, it is pleated (very flattering for fuller figured girls) and it is strapless.
